Refund Policy

Fair Share Farm, LLC does not provide refunds in the form of cash or credit card refunds.

Credits to your account are awarded on a case by case basis.

Failure to properly store produce is not the fault of Fair Share Farm, LLC.  Please contact us via text at 336-529-4368 with any storage questions.

Signing for your order at the time of delivery indicates completion.  If you are picking up on farm, you are picking up an order that is already paid for and you are responsible for reporting any issues on the day of pick up.  Any issues will be solved with credit to your account awarded on a case by case basis.
